Mimaki UJF-6042 Golf Ball Jig – 70-Ball 2-Layer Design

Take the guesswork out of printing golf balls with this custom Golf Ball Jig for the Mimaki UJF-6042 series. Designed for repeatable placement and cleaner production, this jig helps hold golf balls securely while reducing unwanted light reflection during Long Distance Printing / LD2 workflows.

This jig features a practical 2-layer design. The bottom layer is made from black hardboard for structure, alignment, and durability. The top layer is made from black foamboard to help cradle the golf balls while reducing glare and reflection from the jig surface during printing.

Setup is simple. Just slide the jig into your zero, zero origin for alignment, load your golf balls, and you are ready to print.

This jig also comes with a RasterLink Jig Print file that can be imported into RasterLink. Once imported, you only need to set how many of the 70 golf ball positions you want to print. The layout is configured in a horizontal numbering format, making it easier to manage placement and production.
