Frequently Asked Questions

Ordering and turnaround

How long does an order take?

Turnaround varies by product, quantity, and materials. Check the individual listing or your custom quote for the applicable production time. Production begins after payment and receipt of the required artwork and materials. Shipping time is additional. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

Can I order online or request a quote?

Follow the personalization or artwork instructions on the product listing. Upload-enabled listings let you add your artwork before checkout. For a custom project or a product without the options you need, request a quote with your quantity, finished dimensions, and deadline.

Can I get a proof before printing?

Select the digital proof option when it is available on your listing. If you need a proof and do not see that option, contact us before ordering. A preview on the product page is an approximation; follow the listing instructions for proof approval.

Artwork and files

What file formats should I send?

Check the upload field on your listing for its accepted formats. Our artwork uploader accepts PNG, JPG, WebP, and PDF. A transparent PNG is helpful for cut-line previews. For logo artwork and custom quotes, vector files such as SVG, AI, or EPS are preferred; contact us to arrange delivery if the upload field does not accept your file.

What resolution should my image be?

For detailed raster artwork, aim for 300 DPI at the final printed size. For example, a 3-inch-wide design at 300 DPI needs 900 pixels across. Enlarging a small image does not restore missing detail. Send the highest-quality original file you have, and contact us if you are unsure.

How do I specify the size?

Enter the finished width and height where requested on the product page. Keep your design proportions consistent with the requested size to avoid stretching or unexpected cropping. If the artwork does not fit, contact us before ordering.

Materials and printing

What is the difference between vinyl and UV printing?

Vinyl is a material; UV printing is a printing process. A sticker can be both vinyl and UV printed. Cut vinyl lettering is cut from colored adhesive film, while printed stickers can reproduce full-color artwork. Ask us which material and finish suit your intended use.

What is the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut stickers?

Die cutting cuts through both the sticker material and its backing. Kiss cutting cuts through the sticker material while leaving the backing intact. Contact us to confirm the cut style available for your project.

What acrylic options do you offer?

Our custom acrylic listing offers standard 1/8-inch and premium 1/4-inch acrylic with optional adhesive backing. We also offer 3/4-inch photo blocks. Check each listing for sizes and contact us about other thicknesses or oversized projects.

Do you offer sandblasting or sublimation?

We offer custom sandblasting on drinkware and other suitable items. We do not currently offer dye sublimation printing. For apparel, contact us about DTF decoration.
