Uploading Adobe Illustrator artwork? If your file includes a cut path, place it on a separate layer named thrucut . Keep the cut path separate from your printable artwork, and save with Create PDF Compatible File enabled so we can display a preview when supported. Your original file will be preserved.

2. Choose your patch options
For artwork outlines, dimensions stay proportional. Rectangles and ovals allow independent width and height.
The finished size includes your selected border. Artwork always keeps its proportions.
Colors and textures are screen approximations. Your artwork remains full color; material colors do not change the uploaded original.
Each bundle is one material color. Quantity pricing starts separately for each color.

Standard backing requires a heat press. Pressure-sensitive backing adds $0.15 per patch and does not require a heat press. Hook backing adds $0.25 per patch. Each backing upgrade applies to every patch in the selected color.

Full-color patches, made for your design
Custom patches only. Hats are not included. UV printing reproduces the colors in your artwork on leatherette for business merchandise, teams, events and personal projects. Photos show our completed UV work; hats in photos are application examples.

How does quantity pricing work?
Each color qualifies separately: 1–4 patches are $7 each; 5–24 are $5 each; 25–99 are $4 each; 100–199 are $3.50 each. For 200 or more, request a bulk quote. The rate applies to every patch in that color.
What artwork should I use?
Vector artwork (AI, SVG, EPS or PDF) is preferred for logos. High-resolution transparent PNG artwork is also welcome. For a custom cut path, use a separate layer named thrucut. Save Illustrator files with Create PDF Compatible File enabled.
Which backing should I choose?
Standard heat-activated backing is included and requires a heat press. Pressure-sensitive adhesive does not require a heat press and adds $0.15 per patch. Hook backing is also available and adds $0.25 per patch. The selected backing surcharge applies to every patch in the bundle.
Can I add an email proof?
The optional artwork review and email proof is $10 per uploaded design, not per patch. It includes one minor adjustment. Significant changes or artwork recreation are quoted separately. If selected, production waits for your email approval; response time can affect delivery.
When will my patches be ready?
Production takes 1–3 business days after approval. Shipping time is additional. Need production in one business day? Add a request in your order comments. We’ll do our best, but it is not guaranteed.
