Size affects DPI: Making your sticker larger lowers the effective DPI and can reduce print sharpness. Making it smaller raises the effective DPI. A file that is green at a smaller size can change to yellow or red when enlarged. Watch the DPI indicator as you choose your finished size.
Your selected size is the maximum outside dimension of the finished sticker.
Choose how close the cut follows your artwork. 0.00" cuts on the artwork edge, 0.03" (~1/32") is very close, and 0.125" (1/8") is the recommended standard border.
Tighter offsets work best with clean, simple artwork. Fine details may require a minor production adjustment for a clean cut.
When you add to cart, the builder saves your original artwork, normalized production artwork, cutline settings, image-quality data, and a generated cutline PDF with the order.

Choose Your Finish
- Gloss – bright, vibrant color with a smooth glossy finish. A great choice for packaging, branding, giveaways, indoor applications, and everyday use.
- Laminate – adds a clear protective layer over the printed surface for improved resistance to scratches, moisture, handling, and UV exposure. Recommended for water bottles, tumblers, outdoor applications, equipment, and other high-contact surfaces.

- Choose Gloss or Laminate.
- Upload your artwork and review the preview.
- Add any production notes and add the order to your cart.
Not sure what size to choose? Select the smallest size option that completely fits the finished dimensions you want. Your artwork's proportions will be maintained unless you specifically request otherwise.
Artwork Requirements
- Accepted artwork: PNG, JPG, or PDF
- For best print quality, submit artwork at approximately 300 DPI at the intended finished size.
- Transparent-background PNG artwork is preferred for custom contour-cut shapes.
- Small text, very thin lines, low-resolution images, or heavily compressed artwork may not reproduce cleanly.
- If your artwork presents a production issue, we may contact you before printing.
UV Printed on Adhesive Vinyl
Your artwork is printed directly onto adhesive vinyl using UV-cured ink. The ink cures during printing, producing crisp detail, rich color, and a durable printed surface. For additional protection against scratching, moisture, handling, and outdoor exposure, choose the laminated finish.
Individually Die Cut
Standard orders are die cut, meaning each sticker is cut through both the vinyl and backing so every sticker is an individual piece ready to peel and apply.
If you need kiss-cut sticker sheets or another specialty configuration, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the correct setup.

Production Time
Typical production time is 3–7 business days after your order and usable artwork are received. Larger quantities, specialty requests, or artwork requiring additional preparation may take longer.
Before Applying
For best adhesion, apply stickers to a clean, dry, smooth surface free from dust, oil, wax, and other contaminants. Final adhesion and durability can vary depending on the surface, environment, handling, and application method.
