The first set of adapters is specifically designed to perfectly fit RTIC bottles in 12oz, 16oz, 20oz, and 26oz sizes. Meanwhile, the second set caters to a range of popular models, ensuring seamless compatibility with the following bottles:
-RTIC 32oz and 40oz
-Makerflo 32oz Hydro Water Bottle
-Simple Modern Summit (from Target) 32oz
If you own a Rotary and use water bottles, you might have encountered an issue with securely attaching the threaded side to the wheels due to the threads on the bottle mouth. To address this problem effectively, I've crafted 3D printed bottle adapters that slide on smoothly. These adapters are made from flexible filament, ensuring a snug fit and seamless movement over the rollers on a rotary. Moreover, they play a crucial role in ensuring the bottle rolls evenly without any skewing, especially if the bottle mouth is smaller than the base.
Please keep in mind that not all Rotaries are the same. Customers have kindly alerted me that the clamp design on Roto boss does not open wide enough to accommodate these adapters. In such cases, it's necessary to remove the clamp and use an alternative method, such as placing a roll of quarters or another heavy item, as the clamp lacks the versatility found in some other companies' designs.
Additionally, these adapters contribute to a seamless rolling experience by preventing any misalignment caused by the bottle mouth being smaller than the base. Rest assured that after extensive testing and validation, the adapters will enable you to achieve the correct image length with precise e-steps calibration (100mm calibration) for a flawless wrap.
